On making steamed eggplant salad


This is an easy recipe for a quick meal. Goes well with rice or ramen.


Eggplant 1
Green onion 1-2
Peanuts (unsalted) handful
Soy sauce 6 tablespoons
Chinese vinegar 3 tablespoons
Salt and pepper to your liking


  1. Slice the eggplant in long thin pieces
  2. Steam the eggplant pieces
  3. Put eggplant pieces in a bowl
  4. Tear the eggplant apart with a fork
  5. Add peanuts
  6. Add soy sauce, Chinese vinegar, salt, and pepper
